FRUGAL4HEALTH.ORG has born in Spain, but the approach is international. The promoters of the project have experience in healthcare innovation from different perspectives and they have in common their interest about frugality in healthcare.
Roadmap
We pretend to build the first congress about frugality in healthcare. Before that, we are creating a non-profit association and a youtube channel to expand the concept of frugality.

Our Governance Structure
Assembly
A group of associates who decide on governance, statutes, financing, mergers, or modifications to internal operations by simple vote.
Statutes
Detail in writing the legal functioning of the association, including purposes, activities, admission requirements, rights and obligations of associates, decision systems, government, administration, accounting, and documentation.
Board of Directors
The president, secretary, and treasurer, elected by the assembly. They have delegated management and representation decisions for the association.

A set of associates, volunteers, and collaborators united for the execution of a specific activity of the association.

Voluntary Work
Content dissemination activities are carried out through the voluntary work of associates, volunteers, and collaborators.
Public Funding
For the creation of a potential congress, we intend to secure public funding through grants.

We also aim to obtain private funding through donations to support our initiatives.
